Tracey Cabanis, Attorney at Law, PLLC ("Firm," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through attorneytracey.com (the "Site") and when you contact our office by phone, email, text message, or web form; how we use that information; and the choices available to you. By using the Site or contacting our office, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
• Case-related information you choose to share, such as the nature of your matter, the opposing party, the county, and relevant dates
• The content of communications you send us by phone, email, text message, or web form

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or dates of birth — through this Site, and we ask that you not include this type of information in any web form or email to us.

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can assist with your matter
• To run a conflict-of-interest check before agreeing to represent you
• To communicate with you about your matter, including appointment and hearing reminders, if you have engaged the Firm

Contacting the office through this Site, by phone, or by text message does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when the Firm and a client sign a written engagement agreement.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who support our practice, such as our case management platform (MyCase), website hosting provider, phone and text messaging provider, and email provider, solely to help us provide our services
• Courts, opposing counsel, or other parties when necessary to represent an existing client, and only with that client's authorization
• Government agencies, or as otherwise required by law, court order, or the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

If our office records or retains audio of phone calls, we will disclose that at the start of the call, consistent with Florida's all-party consent law (Fla. Stat. §934.03). If you would prefer not to be recorded, let us know and we will proceed without recording.

The Site may use basic cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site, such as aggregate page-visit analytics. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
